What do you love most about your business?

What is something you wished you knew starting out?

You do not need to do it all yourself.  You can ask your peers for support and help.


What have you found to be the biggest hurdle to female leadership?

During the earlier days I was continually trying to prove myself, my knowledge and strengths.  As women, we need to believe in ourselves more.


What do you think are the top 3 habits to successful leadership?

Actively listening; How to delegate effectively; Respect for others
