Everhard Industries is a 97-year-old, 4th generation, family-owned manufacturer of drainage, wastewater and environmental products used in residential and commercial applications. Everhard is the national market leader in laundry units for the home.

For more than 60 years, Selwyn Davis, the second-generation of the family, was pivotal to Everhard’s innovation and success. Selwyn passed away in 2017 and over the last decade, there has been significant succession planning and change within the business. Today the three shareholders-- Sue Boyce (Selwyn’s daughter), and two of her children, Bede Boyce and Gina Boyce-Rowe, are all directors. The Board also includes three Non-executive directors. Gina Boyce-Rowe, a fourth-generation member of the Davis-Boyce family, was appointed Chair of the board in April 2022, taking over from Sue.

Everhard and its owners have been passionate about Australian manufacturing since the company’s beginning in 1926 - a tradition that continues today with the recent installation of one of the largest polymer injection moulding machines in Australia. Today, like many Australian manufacturers, Everhard is facing the challenges of continuous innovation, implementing Industry 4.0 and dealing with ever-rising costs. They are committed to their vision: “To provide sustainable Australian manufactured solutions for generations to come” and are already beginning to plan for their 100th birthday celebrations in 2026.

Join us as the Boyce family share insights into legacy, unveil strategies for sustainable growth, and offer a glimpse into the road that leads to our centenary celebration in 2026.

Please note: We will require long pants and enclosed shoes for those members who wish to do the site tour.
