We will be discussing with him how their family & business work with advisors and discuss the nature of maintaining growth and preparing the business for the next generation from his perspective. 

We will also talk about his experience as the GM of Sandhurst Fine Foods & how he has evolved into that role over the last 20 years and how he is preparing the business for the next generation in particular transitioning Supplier & Customer relationships they have built up over the last 30 years.
