In addition, Emily has 20 years of experience in the fields of marketing, events, sponsorship and international trade in both the public and private sectors. Emily’s lived experience as a 3rd generation family business member has inspired her to work with other enterprising families to help them prepare for their futures. She believes that enterprising families have the power to evolve their own makings for the wealth of multiple generations. Emily also knows from practical experience that conflict may occur.
