About our Speaker: Keith Govias

Keith Govias is a Practice Leader with the Gallagher Risk Advisory Team.  He brings a wealth of professional experience from over 12 years managing safety, worker compensation and public liability for some of Australia’s most iconic brands including Myer, The Reject Shop and Kraft Foods.  He holds a Masters in Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (OHSE) Management; a Graduate Certificate in OHS Management and is aVincent Fairfax Fellow in Ethical Leadership.  

Keith sits on a number of Regulatory reference panels advising on mental health and work health safety policy and legislative change; and is the retired Chair of the Australian Retail Association WorkWell Mental Health Project and the Health Benefits of Good Work Signatory Steering Group.  He also worked with WorkSafe Victoria as a consultant in their small business OHS Essentials Program and collaborates with SIRA NSW though their Recovery@Work Advisory Group.
