This month's topic: Unlocking opportunities with Government Grants and Incentives

This presentation will provide an overview of the various government grants and incentives available to businesses. Attendees will learn about the types of grants and incentives at both federal and state levels, eligibility criteria, and the application process. Practical tips on how to find relevant programs and preparing robust applications will also be discussed.

Amanda Tirtadinata, KPMG

Amanda is a Partner at KPMG with close to 20 years of experience assisting companies and organisations accessing government grants and incentives as part of their project funding mix. Amanda has background in Biological Science and Accounting, and has worked with companies in a range of industries and sectors, including mining and resources, renewable and clean energy, medical technology, software/ICT, manufacturing, agriculture; and a range of companies from start-ups to multinationals.


Sarah Josey, KPMG

Sarah is Partner in KPMG Enterprises Business Tax and Advisory team, bringing over 15 years of expertise in optimizing companies and organizations for both current operations and future growth through strategic planning and tax structuring. With a background in international finance, she has successfully collaborated with numerous family businesses and private companies across diverse sectors such as health and human services, mining, renewable energy, medical technology, software/ICT manufacturing, and agriculture. Her clients spans from startups and non-profits to multinational corporations, cementing her reputation as a trusted advisor in navigating complex financial landscapes.
