This month's topic: All is fair in love and war

A little more on the topic – Emily will talk you through the difference between fairness, equality and equity in the space of family business. We'll look at a case study or 2 and workshop different outcomes by looking through the different lens' of the 3 circle model. A great chance to get some valuable insights into how to best set up 'fair process' for your clients.

About our Speaker: Emily Hammon

Emily helps address the needs of the family side of your family business

With generations past, present and future in mind, Emily becomes part of your multi-disciplinary team and makes your family business journey easier through best and fair process.

Emily’s lived experience of being part of a third generation family enterprise provides her with great insights to be able to assist others on their journey.
