Topic: Risking it all - Balancing Love and Logic in Family Business

By combining family and business, you are combining and therefore
risking your two most important things. This presentation will discuss, from a family and advisor perspective, how to manage some of the risks when you combine love with a logic-driven world.  This discussion will cover the importance of fairness and how it drives family members, and the skills to effectively manage challenging emotions. This is based on a new book titled “Risking It All.”
