About our speaker: Elizabeth Guerra-Stolfa, Rigby Cooke Lawyers
Elizabeth Guerra-Stolfa has been an FBA member since 1998 and an accredited family business advisor since the inception of FBA's advisor's accreditation program in 2010.
Elizabeth is renowned for her proactive and no nonsense approach to giving legal advice and for this reason, is trusted by her clients. She is always focused on commercial outcomes but is ever mindful of the emotional complexities of family business disputes. Her practice spans all areas of commercial litigation, including family business and shareholder disputes, contractual disputes, Australian Consumer Law disputes, retail lease disputes, property litigation and professional negligence claims.
As an accredited mediator, Elizabeth also proactively guides and advises on alternative methods of dispute resolution including mediation, to try and achieve faster and more cost effective outcomes for her clients.
