Hi, I am Iain Spear, an accredited Family Business Advisor based in Melbourne, with a rich history of leading and transforming a family-owned business in the UK. Over 31 years, culminating as CEO, I guided our $50M seafood and fishing group through acquisitions, joint ventures and significant industry changes while balancing the complexities of family dynamics. Recognised as an industry thought leader, I advised the UK Fisheries Minister on EU fishing quota strategies and was part of a negotiation team with French counterparts on English Channel fishing entitlements.
