ORDERING AND SHIPPING

All products are in Australian Dollars, and include GST where required.

Orders from Outside of Australia

Please note: All prices quoted on this website are in Australian dollars, and we request that all payments from overseas be made by credit card.

Registration for Event Acknowledgement

Your registration will be acknowledged with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form If there is any issue with availability, shipping or otherwise we will contact you immediately.

After we have processed your order and it is shipped, we will email or ring you with shipping information.

Delivery Locations

FBA delivers via Australia Post to all areas of Australia . We don¹t deliver outside Australia.

Delivery Terms

All delivery and shipping costs are included in the total of your shopping cart. Our online store provides an accurate estimate of the shipping costs based on your location. We will contact and advise you of any changes to the delivery costs before billing as we try to keep shipping costs to a minimum.

Delivery Times

Orders are processed and despatched within 7 working days after placing your order, subject to stock availability. This means you can expect to receive your order within 7-14 days, subject to location and peak periods which could slow delivery. Back orders for products not currently in stock will ship as stock is available. We will contact you if an item is not in stock.
