James is a facilitator and farmer based in Narromine, in central New South Wales, where he runs a farming enterprise alongside his wife, Amanda. James has 25 years of experience in farming.

He has firsthand experience with successful succession, having observed his parents develop a succession plan for the family farm as they approached 60, dividing it among three siblings.

As a facilitator, James has worked across all levels of government, the corporate sector, and small business. In 2013, he founded Cultivate Advisory to help families navigate succession, supporting them to achieve outcomes that are mutually successful.
