  • How to sell to Family Businesses without actually selling to them
  • Developing your own sales approach working with Family Businesses
  • Practical Strategies on building the right network to grow your business
  • Smart tips on pitching to win
  • Becoming a Trusted Advisor working with Family Businesses

About our Speaker: Charles Galayini

Charles Galayini is the Executive General Manager – Strategic Growth at GSA Insurance Brokers. Charles’s role encompasses all things growth – new clients, acquisitions, and product/service development. Having spent that last 10 years of his tenure at GSA focused on sales, Charles has turned his attention to upskilling others, mentoring staff and others in his network on the sales journey, and the relevant skills that can help increase success rate with converting and retaining clients.

As an Accredited FBA Advisor, and having worked with Family Business consistently over his 17 years in the insurance industry, Charles understands the nuances of selling to family businesses. While (rightly) there is a perception that you don’t “hard sell” to family businesses, Advisors should not be fearful of taking family businesses down a sales pathway. Understanding the nuances in approaching family businesses, and being “human” are critical to success.

In this workshop, together we will share learned experiences on successes and failures, with the aim for everyone to takeaway 1 or 2 "nuggets of gold" that you can implement into your sales approach.

We look forward to seeing you there.

For those unable to attend in person this will be a hybrid event. If attending online you will receive instructions upon registering.
