About our Speakers: 

Paul Bakker

Paul is a founding Partner of Omnia Capital Partners and a Chartered Accountant, a CPA Fellow and has earned a Master of Taxation from the University of Sydney. Prior to spearheading the expansion of Mutual Trust in NSW, Paul held the position of Senior Partner at Crowe Horwath Australasia ("Crowe Horwath"), where he dedicated over 11 years of his career. During his tenure, he served as the Lead Partner of the Sydney Business Advisory/Private Clients team.

With a primary focus on cultivating relationships with ultra-high net worth families and charitable organizations, Paul brings a wealth of experience in tax consulting, asset protection, estate planning, and philanthropic advisory services. Beyond his professional endeavours. 

Paul is also recognized as a Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) by the Institute of Taxation and holds membership with the AICD (Australian Institute of Company Directors).

Adam Cleland

Adam is the founder and CEO of Asora.

Asora was founded in 2021 as a software platform dedicated to meeting the needs of family offices. Adam’s diverse background of advising wealthy families for almost two decades as a qualified accountant, tax adviser and Chartered Financial Analyst helps shape Asora’s mission of being the operating platform of choice for family offices globally.

Before Asora, Adam co-founded and was COO of Argeau an MFO, Head of Wealth Advice at Davy and previously worked at PwC & Goldman Sachs.
