Founded in 1926, when Sydney Crowther commenced a bus service running in the Illawarra region of NSW, Alura Coaches has grown into one of the most trusted names in luxury coach charters in NSW. Over the last 100 years, the business has provided a wide range of transport services, including driving children to school, transporting the Armed Forces during WWII, taking over 2,000 scouts to a Jamboree in Queensland, providing safe late night travel for youths, and delivering safe and comfortable transport for tourists, community groups and events throughout NSW, ACT and Queensland.
During this special event, you will join the Crowther family, including members of the 3rd and 4th generations who are actively involved in leading the business today. At their new depot, you will take a mini coach tour, hear insights from the family as they discuss the history of Alura Coaches, and participate in a Q&A session where you can directly engage with them about family leadership, succession planning and innovation.

Alura Coaches is a family-owned Australian business providing safe and comfortable transport in luxury coaches and buses. They offer coach hire and charter services for day tours, multi-day trips, school travel, community transport, corporate groups and event logistics. Operating across the East Coast, Alura’s fleet of modern Mercedes-Benz and Volvo vehicles is supported by experienced drivers who deliver reliable and high-quality transport solutions.

The business is now led by the third and fourth generations of the Crowther family. Event Details
This event is being held at Alura Coaches' new depot in Turella. There is street parking available.
Please arrive promptly at 5:00pm to enjoy networking, a panel discussion, a tour of their new depot, and a mini coach tour. The Crowther family will also provide drinks and nibbles for you to enjoy at the event.
