Andrew Grant, Senior Property Executive and Trusted Advisor

Andrew Grant is an accomplished and highly respected Senior Property Executive and Trusted Advisor with extensive experience in the Australian Property Market and a proven ability to identify an opportunity, set a strategy and deliver an optimal property outcome to key stakeholders.

Andrew has extensive technical and transactional knowledge of all property sub-sectors including office, industrial & logistics, urban renewal/development, retail, health, residential and specialised.

Prior to co-founding Grant & Jellis Advisory, Andrew was a National Executive Director at Charter Keck Cramer. Most recently, Andrew has provided select client side advice via APG Advisory and has advised a property funds management business, faith based organisations and private families.

Clint Jellis, National Executive Director

Clint Jellis started as a graduate valuer at Charter Keck Cramer (Charter) in 1998. Over a 20 year career at Charter, he progressed alongside Andrew Grant to team leader of the Advisory Business Unit as National Executive Director as well as being an active shareholder and board member.

Clint offers a balanced perspective, combining technical expertise with a unique entrepreneurial lens. Once engaged, Clint is unwavering to the task at hand.

His past 4 years have been spent both client side and also as a sole operator (Jellis Advisory), rounding out project experience and providing a valuable alternate perspective to outcomes and processes from that as a consultant.
