Meet Father and daughter, Craig and Jordan, representing 1st and 2nd generations, go behind the scenes at their facility, hear their story and see how Craig, from his experience in the industry, saw a gap and filled it.
Craig founded Striker in 1998 after working in the crushing and screening industry. Craig started spotting patterns, what broke, what wore out too quickly, and what operators really needed but didn’t have. With his industry knowledge backing him he began designing his own equipment and Stiker was born.
Craig's daughter Jordan joined the business in 2014 and is now CCO, successfully transitioning the 2nd generation into the business. Striker prides itself on staying true to its values, having expanded internationally to Southeast Asia, the USA, Mongolia, China, South Africa, and beyond.
During this special event, you will hear directly from Craig and Jordan as founders of the business. Together, they will discuss the Handover to the 2nd Generation and leadership development.
This event is a chance to see how the Pedley family has built and expanded their business over the years, and to hear from the 2025/26 winners of the Established Family Business Award for Western Australia, and from Jordan, a Finalist for the Emerging Leader in a Family Business award.

Striker is a manufacturer of heavy-duty equipment, passionate about building machinery that withstands the harshest conditions. They specialise in designing and manufacturing mobile crushers and screens that deliver maximum uptime and reliability. Their team is committed to helping clients achieve their operational goals through equipment engineered with the operator in mind, reflecting their family values of quality, innovation and durability.
Founded by Craig Pedley in 1998 after years of working in the crushing and screening industry, Striker was created to fill a gap Craig identified through hands-on experience. He spotted patterns in how machinery was working, what broke, what wore out too quickly, and what operators really needed but didn't have access to. With his industry knowledge backing him, Craig began designing his own equipment that could withstand the harsh Australian climate, unlike overseas brands, which were not built for it. His daughter, Jordan, joined the business in 2014 and is now the Chief Commercial Officer, successfully bringing second-generation leadership into the family business.
Today, Striker works with clients in mining, quarrying, and recycling who need equipment designed for harsh conditions and smart operation. They focus on three core elements: durability, operator-focused design, and engineering for maximum uptime.
In over 25 years, Striker has experienced significant expansion, growing from a local Western Australian operation to a global force with manufacturing facilities in Malaysia and Thailand. This growth has transformed them into a trusted international supplier serving Southeast Asia, the USA, Mongolia, China, South Africa and beyond, while staying true to their Australian roots and family values.
