Catherine Sayer
Catherine is the CEO of Family Business Association, the pre-eminent membership-based organisation representing family businesses which account for 70% of all businesses in Australia. With more than 1.4 million family businesses of all shapes and sizes – small, medium and large Catherine focusses on raising the profile of the sector. Catherine is the previous CEO of Food South Australia Inc., and is Chair of Seafood Industry Australia.  

Cindy Arthur
As Head of ESG for ANZ Australia Commercial, Cindy Arthur leads the strategic integration of environmental, social, and governance priorities across ANZ’s business banking portfolio. Her focus is on turning ESG ambition into action—helping over 600,000 businesses navigate the transition to net zero, build resilience, and unlock growth opportunities.

She has spearheaded initiatives that connect customers with discounted financing for energy upgrades and tailored ESG insights. From launching the “Forgotten Fuel” series with the Energy Efficiency Council to developing toolkits, Cindy is passionate about making ESG accessible, practical, and profitable—especially for SMEs and supply chain-intensive sectors. She partners with industry bodies, NGOs, and internal teams to deliver education, strategy, and solutions that support their customers’ sustainability journeys. Cindy believes ESG is not just a compliance exercise—it’s a catalyst for innovation, inclusion, and long-term value.

Madeline Dunk
Madeline is an economist in the Australian Economics team at ANZ. She regularly provides commentary on the Australian economy and policy outlook. Prior to joining ANZ, Madeline worked at the Commonwealth Treasury and EY. Madeline has a Master of Economics from the Australian National University.
