More family businesses are turning to advisory boards to help navigate complex risks and opportunities, offering valuable guidance and expertise to management teams, boards, and family members alike. This reflects a broader global trend, driven by the increasing challenges family businesses face today including digital transformation, ESG considerations, financial management, and succession planning,

In this session, we will explore the expanding role of advisory boards, highlighting the latest global trends and insights from family business and family office research. Hosted in partnership with KPMG Enterprise, we will also take the opportunity to delve into the latest Family Business report from KPMG, examining the critical drivers that enable New Zealand family businesses to achieve long-term, sustainable growth.

We will also bring some expertise togther for a practical panel discussion following Louise's presentation.
