His leadership was shaped during his tenure as Senior Regional and National Manager at a multinational security company, and he is committed to continuously improving services to meet the needs of clients across various sectors.
Dale has fostered a strong ethos within his team, treating Blueforce as an extended family. He is passionate about providing a friendly, family-oriented service and supporting the wider community. With more than 40 years of involvement in community sporting clubs, he was also a board member of the Western Australian Rugby League. His dedication earned him the Stirling Star Award in 2014, making him the first-ever volunteer to receive the honor.
