A little more on the topic - Family business owners and leaders arrive at a point in their lives and their careers, where they’re stuck. They’ve built the business. They have the trappings of success. But there’s something that’s missing.
In his more than three decades working with family business, Accredited Family Business Advisor Dean Robinson has identified that what’s actually missing for a large number of owners and families in business, is Purpose. What are they doing? Why are they doing it? What’s the impact they’re making? What’s the legacy they’re creating?
In this session, Dean will challenge each of us to take a moment to contemplate our own businesses, as well as those of our clients, to unlock our purpose - in business and in life.
Dean will also pass on some real life examples where the family business owners he has worked with, have reframed their business strategy, to align more with seeking purpose, instead of profit - and fundamentally changed their lives.
