Advisor Connect is a monthly event designed to support your ongoing professional development in family business advising, while building connections with fellow FBA Advisor Members across multiple disciplines.

Each event centres on a key theme which shapes the speakers, discussions, and learnings throughout the session. Emily Hammon will be presenting on 'All is fair in Love & War', and what does fair mean to the family and family members?

She will discuss in an interactive Q&A session the follow: 

  • Understanding the difference between fairness, equality & equity for Family Offices & Family Businesses
  • Look at several case studies and workshop different outcomes by looking through the different lens' of the 3-circle model
  • It will be a great chance to get some valuable insights into how to best set up a 'fair process' for your clients
  • You will learn how to leverage Fair Process + Governance to help reduce conflict in family business
