Driven by a passion to see individuals, businesses and families succeed over the long term. Sandy has extensive experience working within multi-generational high-net-worth families. Naturally, a person seeing potential with the capability to envisage long-range opportunities, she's had many years of witnessing the good, bad and ugly that can occur within families when business gets in the way. Sandy brings a practical, holistic and values-based approach to thinking across generations. She possesses the business, executive and governance skills to know what is needed to bring it all together and cohesively assist the individuals and families to move towards their potential future.
By professional training, Sandy is a qualified accountant and chartered member of the NZ Institute of Directors with additional training in executive leadership from Stanford University. Her executive roles have included: Director, CFO over larger family groupings, Commercial and Finance management roles, encompassing a range of leadership, management, financial and governance responsibilities. Global in thinking, experienced in working offshore and across cultures.
