Session Topic: Unlocking New Zealand Investor, skilled migrant and business visa pathways

Discover how to secure residency through the Investor & Business Visa Pathway. This session is ideal for advisors whose clients are entrepreneurs, skilled professional and investors looking to immigrate to New Zealand.

Learn about visa requirements, investment opportunities, and how to get started. New Zealand offers several immigration pathways, with the Active Investor Plus (AIP) visa, business investor visas and skilled migrant pathways being the most relevant for many clients. 

Alongside this, skilled migrant pathways support the relocation of individuals with expertise aligned to New Zealand’s labour market needs. These pathways are often relevant for senior professionals, founders and key employees relocating with their families, and typically involve employment-based criteria and a transition to long-term residence.

While this session will focus on visas, Claudia will highlight how effective pre-migration planning can significantly improve long-term outcomes and manage any local or cross border issues before they arise.
