Sandra has developed sales strategy for many of NZ’s largest publicly listed companies, including Metlifecare, where she was General Manager of Sales. Sandra is a design-led thinker with a deep understanding of the use of data and insight, to interpret market and consumer dynamics. She uses this to develop business strategy; building sustainable growth, business effectiveness, market presence and stake-holder value.
In this session Sandra will discuss KPMG's strategic advisory services and how they empower family businesses to manage and grow through tailored operational and commercial strategy, governance, digital transformation, succession planning, and expert guidance – driving sustainable growth, resilience, and long-term success.
