With over 15 years experience in General Management and Executive Leadership in $20m to multi-billion MNCs, Birgit is well qualified, holds an MBA, is part of YPO & EO, and a dedicated Vistage Speaker.
In 2019, whilst managing a business with 100 staff across multiple locations and countries, Birgit introduced EOS®. EOS® helped the team establish the right structure, so it was easier to navigate the many ups and downs, and scale without burning out whilst attracting a buyer. Revenue grew from $18.7M to $30.1M, EBITDA grew from $0.3M to $5.8M.
