Tell us about your business?
We are both experienced insurance professionals with a love of solving problems and helping people, it seemed the logical step to start our own Insurance Brokerage - that’s how Regency Insurance Brokers began.
We have a range of clients around Australia that we assist with business insurance services– including risk management, insurance audits, contract reviews, acquisition or divestment due diligence and (most important) making sure claims are paid. Whether it’s a new start-up, existing business or diversification we can help throughout the whole business lifecycle.

What sets us apart ?
We like to sit down with every business owner and get to know exactly how their company works. By digging into the details, we make sure the insurance we set up actually matches what the business needs, not just a one-size-fits-all solution. We ensure that each client completely understands the in’s and out’s of all of their insurance policies, to assist them with making informed decisions about managing their risks.
With over 35 years experience working as both insurers and brokers, we’ve seen any array of different companies—some pretty standard, and others a bit out of the ordinary. That variety means we know how to spot risks and figure out solutions, no matter what industry our clients are involved in.
We use a mix of different policies to put together the right coverage, so our clients are protected in the ways that matter most to their business. We always aim to keep things simple, straightforward, and easy to understand.
What has been your greatest success?
Our greatest success has been taking the plunge and backing ourselves 100% to start our family business. To be able to support our family, give back to our community and provide the exceptional service to our customers, it’s a huge achievement and one we are very proud of. They say the first and second year of business are the hardest and we are grateful to have made it through these foundation years.
What do you value about FBA?
