    • Intergenerational dialogue: Learn how to facilitate open, effective communication between generations to build trust and clarity.

    • Implementation - Moving from knowing to doing: Focus on practical steps to apply your insights and make the leadership transition a tangible, successful process.

  • Group Coaching Session 
    You will reconvene to share your experiences in implementing or improving succession planning within your family business. This session provides an opportunity to discuss questions or challenges with your facilitator and fellow participants, ensuring your efforts lead to effective and sustainable outcomes.

Daniel is an Accredited Advisor with Family Business Association, specialising in providing governance consulting services to enterprising families, family offices and high-net-worth individuals who are managing change and complexity within their family and business systems.
