Kim began her career at KPMG as a graduate in 2003 and returned to the firm in August 2016 following an eight-year stint in London, where she worked for a privately-owned company. Her time at KPMG has given her the opportunity to work with high-net-worth individuals, family trusts, and family businesses and she understands every family is different.
As an accredited KPMG STEP family business advisor, Kim focuses on providing customised assistance and support that meets the specific and unique needs of family members and business stakeholders.

Sandra has experience in commercial strategy and business transformation projects. She has worked across numerous sectors with organisations seeking improved growth and revenue performance, new market and product development, marketing strategy, distribution and channel planning, operational optimisation and process efficiency. Sandra has developed sales strategy for many of NZ’s largest publicly listed companies, including Metlifecare, where she was General Manager of Sales. Sandra is a design-led thinker with a deep understanding of the use of data and insight, to interpret market and consumer dynamics. She uses this to develop business strategy; building sustainable growth, business effectiveness, market presence and stake-holder value.
