Today's business environment is filled with uncertainty, and companies have had to make changes to stay on track. But, have their boards adapted as well?
We invite you to join us on Thursday, 9 November, for this webinar where Meghan Juday, the Board Chairman of Ideal Industries in the US, will discuss Good Governance: How to Create or Improve Your Family Business Board.
Meghan will cover the process of assessing whether your organisation requires a board or a rejuvenation of the existing one. She will also explore the inherent challenges in implementing such changes and offer valuable techniques for optimising your board's performance.
As a fourth-generation leader at IDEAL Industries, a renowned company with a century-long history, Meghan assumed the role of Chair of the business's board in 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Chair of the Family Council, bringing a wealth of experience and insight to this important discussion.
Facilitating the discussion is Rob Davis, an FBA Specialist Accredited Advisor renowned for his expertise in board implementation and leadership. This webinar is a must-attend for those seeking to grasp the fundamentals of good governance.
