Meeting Details

Kindly, inform us if you are planning to attend, either in person or online. If you are unable to join us, you are encouraged to appoint a proxy to attend and vote on your behalf.

To be valid for the purposes of the Meeting, proxy forms must be completed and received by FBA before Friday 24th October 2025 at 12:00PM. Further instructions for voting by proxy are detailed in the ‘Notes on Voting' section of the Notice of Meeting and on the proxy form.
